Flat pack container house, designed with the complete roof and complete floor, the unique drainage system allows the rain to drain from the roof and enter into the 4 pipes of the pillars, finally to the floor. So this optimum design ensures no leakage. The electricity system is prefabricated in the roof, and also configured with the lights, sockets, wires, etc… It is one of the most popular prefab container homes for sale. This container house is used in the 2020 Corona-virus hospital construction, the Flat pack container house model A is used in Leishenshan Hospital and Huoshenshan Hospital in Wuhan.
The steel structure is strong enough to support up to 3 floors. It is very flexible in design, you may use it as basic module and also combine them together to get bigger and flexible space. Flat pack container is widely used for serving Construction Site, Mining Site, Oil Field, Military, School, Refugee rescue, Personal use etc. It can serve as container hotel, container dormitory and container office, container hospitals, container schools, etc…

A1.We are factory which located in Foshan city with 20000sqm area, China.
Q2. How to buy your idea products?
A2. You can provide us your drawing, and we can produce as your drawings. Or we can design as your requirements if you don't have a clear plan. We will provide our plans according to the local climatic condition.
Q3. What factors should be considered in customizing the prefab house?
A3.1: The local weather condition. We need to know the wind speed, the snow loading (if it's snowing area), the Seismic rating.
A3.2: The size of the land can be for this building.
A3.3: The purpose of the building, like do you need it for labour accommodation, office, or steel frame workshop, etc.
Q4. What countries or regions does our product export to?
A4: Our main market is Africa and Asia, South America, etc. We have exported to many countries like: Australia, Angola, Senegal, Kenya, Indonesia, Thailand, Uruguay, Chile, America, and UK, etc.
Q5. What are the materials option for the thermal insulation?

Q6. How do you control your product quality?
A6. We have the QC during the whole process of production. From material inspection, production process and package inspection before shipping. Quality is priority for us!
Q7: Can I have a sample to test the quality?
A7. We could show you the product details by photo or video. If you prefer have one sample to test the quality, that is OKAY, but the quotation will be higher and the shipping cost is not economical for just one sample. Normally our customers order one container of 20GP o 40 HP.
Q8. What products do you offer?

Q9. What is your payment term?
A9. Our payment term for standard products 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery.
